a riso zine i made by collaging work from alan lee’s lord of the rings sketchbook. the text was created by starting each sentence with 2-3 words and then selecting options from my phone’s predictive text to complete the sentence.
i will live on, despite, despite, despite. this beautiful and horrible world may be rotten, but there are things worth living for, causes worth fighting for. i will breath in and breathe out, and repeat these actions until my lungs give out. i will continue to trudge through these agonizing days and nights, stubbornly believing in the worth of this life fraught by hardship. no, i will not end it here. it’s grueling work, but it’s work that i must do. this life will yet improve, i promise, i will see it through.
